Life is flow and change is the only certainty.  When we realize that we are simply moving from one experience to another we can feel safe to move forward. Life is flow, not a downhill trip towards death. We are meant to live fully and completely, and we do that, not by counting our years but by embracing ourselves for who we are in the moment.
