We live in an orderly universe, it has a rhythm, and when we tune into that rhythm we begin to understand that nothing is about us and also everything is about us. Examining this seeming paradox can change our perspective and ultimately lead us to balanced living.

One practice to help heal any ailment whether physical, mental, or emotional is to make gratitude our attitude even when there seems to be nothing to be grateful for.

When we begin to learn about spiritual healing, we may misunderstand the teaching and start to blame ourselves for not having a high enough consciousness to overcome a challenge.  Understanding that spiritual healing is a process, not a destination is key to maintaining our spiritual health.
